I offer coaching plans designed to help athletes over 40 become strong, confident and injury-free runners and ultra runners.

 

Every runner is different - and your training should be too. My coaching plans are designed to meet you where you’re at and guide you toward where you want to go. Whether you’re training for your first ultra or chasing a personal best, you’ll get a plan built around your goals, lifestyle, and experience. Each plan combines proven training principles with a flexible, supportive approach that fits into real life - because running should challenge you, not consume you.

12 Week Ultra Essential Run Plan

Ideal for all those who have run a couple of 50k Ultras and want to follow a plan and have more guidance. but not invest in a full time coach. This plan will get you ready for a 50k Ultra run.

Designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready to train smart — not just hard.

 

This plan builds your endurance, strength, and understanding of how and when to train, so you can stay injury-free and perform at your best.

Ideal for those athletes who have a race planned and want a more personalized and hand held experience to achieve their goals. All plans are designed specifically for the individual athlete.

12 Week Marathon Plan

Individualized, curated marathon training plans designed to help athletes over 40 become stronger, more confident and injury-free runners. A structured 12-week program that includes a personalized daily run plan, strength work, mobility routines and video-based running analysis. 

Once the 12 Week plans have finished there is an option to move to my Monthly Performance plan.

12 Week ULTRA Foundation Run Plan

Designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready to train smart - not just hard. This plan builds your endurance, strength, and understanding of how and when to train, so you can stay injury-free and perform at your best.

Your 12 Week Plan includes:

  • Final Surge training account

  • Unlimited email contact

  • Individualized daily programs (planned per training block)

  • Plan adjustments as needed 

  • Injury prevention and mobility workouts

  • Strength sessions tailored to your needs

  • Mental strength training 

  • Replies within 10 hours (unless away)

  • Nutrition support

  • One 30-minute call per month

  • Goal planning and race strategy sessions

  • Individual race plan created specifically for your race

  • Race tactics meetings

  • Post-race analysis (in-person or online)


Minimum 3-month commitment. One month’s notice required for cancellation.

12 Week Ultra Elite Run Plan

I offer a highly personalized 12-week Ultra Elite training plan with limited openings available. This hands-on program provides two coaching calls a month, unlimited texts and emails, goal setting and continuous plan adjustments. 

 

Drawing on 20 years of coaching experience and extensive ultra-distance racing, from MdS, UTMB to Divide 200 and Tahoe 200 mile events, I create a fully tailored daily running, strength and mobility program supported by video analysis. 

 

The plan also includes comprehensive nutrition coaching, mental strength and mindset development, skill-building for ultra-specific demands, race-day planning when relevant, daily mindfulness, structured recovery and sleep-hygiene guidance. 

 

Overall, this elite plan offers complete support to help you progress safely, stay injury-free and reach your ultra running goals with confidence.​

12 Week Marathon Plan

I offer individualized, curated marathon training plans designed to help athletes over 40 become stronger, more confident and injury-free runners. With 20 years of coaching experience and hundreds of successful marathon clients, I provide a structured 12-week program that includes a personalized daily run plan, strength work, mobility routines and video-based running analysis. Athletes receive one monthly check-in call, unlimited texts for accountability, nutrition guidance, mindset coaching and support. Travel, family commitments and other events will be integrated into their plan. Drawing on extensive racing experience, from a BQ at the Calgary Marathon to UTMB and multiple 200-mile ultras, I ensure every plan is sustainable and tailored to your needs so you can see results within weeks while staying healthy and motivated.
